Alan joined the Kitsaki team in October of 2019 and is currently the Chief Operating Officer, responsible for administration and implementation that support the overall mission and vision of Kitsaki and its group of companies. Working alongside the leadership of the Kitsaki managed entities, Alan ensures the companies conceptualize and formulate strategic initiatives that further the mission of Kitsaki.
Before Kitsaki, Alan earned a decade of experience in public accounting with a wide range of clients in multiple sectors, including manufacturing, agriculture, wholesaling, and construction. He earned his Bachelor of Commerce in Finance & Accounting and Master of Professional Accounting at the University of Saskatchewan and achieved his Chartered Professional Accountant (CPA) designation in 2011.
Alan is dedicated to community, an active member of the Kinsmen Club, board of director with St. Paul’s Hospital Foundation and volunteers with several organizations. He lives in Saskatoon with his wife and two sons. When he is not working, volunteering, or with family, you may find him on the golf course, rugby pitch, or enjoying the outdoors.
